Luther Wick Warren

Mr. Luther "Wick" Warren passed away Saturday, March 10, 2007 in Decatur, GA. He was 87 years old and was a member of the Crossroads Bible Church in Decatur. He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Margie S. Warren; his son and daughter-in-law, James E. and Sharron G. Warren of Conyers, GA; his daughter, Deborah E. WF. SanderDecatur, GA; his grandson, Jimmy and Van Warrenws, Jack nddaughter, Sheryl and Mario Gonzalez; his great grandsons, James Warren, III and Luther Van Warren. Wick Warren served in the U. S. Navy during World War II on the battleship Wisconsin and was  Savannahcific when the Japanese surrendered. He was a butcher with Kroger, where he retired in 1988. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, March 12th in the chapel of A.l in Savar & Sons Funeral Home on North Decatur Rd., Decatur. Rev. David Fox and Rev. Bob McCool will officiate. Interment will be at Melwood Cemetery.In lieu of flowers, the family reqic and Pat memorial donations be made to the Crossroads Bible Church, 3466 Covington Hwy., Decatur, GA 30032.
