Maj. Ronald Greene, S. A.

Major Ronald Greene of The Salvation Army, 81, of Clearwater, FL, died on Saturday, December 3, 2011. He was a member of The Salvation Army Clearwater, Lieutenant Colonel in the Civil Air Patrol and served in the USMC during WWII. Major Greene is survived by his wife Doris of 59 years; Children Donna (John) Jackson of Palm Harbor, FL; Ronald (Terri) Greene Jr. of Asheville, NC; Major Nancy and John Fuller of Cartersville, GA; Captain Ginny and Stan Robison of Clearwater, FL; sister Shirley Keith of Campbell, NY; 9 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 1 great grandson. The family will receive friends on Friday, December 9, 2011, from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at The Abbey in Westview Cemetery. A graveside service will follow at 12:00 PM with military honors.
