Manolo was a cherished husband to Juana Rodriguez, a devoted father to Maria Padilla and Evelyn Selem, and a beloved grandfather. From teaching his grandkids how to cast a line on their beach trips, to the boisterous nights of dominoes with family and friends, Manolo's love for his family was evident in all that he did.
His early life in Ciego De Avila instilled in him a love for learning and a passion for education. Manolo studied Business and Calligraphy, a testament to his diverse interests and lifelong yearning for knowledge. He channeled this passion into a career in education, teaching primary and secondary school in Cuba. After moving to the United States, Manolo found a new career path as a plumber. His strong work ethic and dedication to his craft earned him respect and admiration from his colleagues and customers alike.
