Marcus Anthony Williams

Marcus Anthony Williams was born

on September 22, 1986, at Ingalls

Memorial Hospital in Harvey, IL. Marcus

was the fourth child of Deborah L Williams,

Marcus attended elementary school, junior

high school, and eventually graduated from

Northside High School in Jackson, TN in 2005.

In Feb 2007 Marcus moved to Atlanta

to further broaden his horizons, as he was always

looking for ways to improve himself. In October 2009

he Joined the United States Army,

where he served in the Armed forces

until July 2011.

Upon his return home, he worked at Cheesecake Factory

where he worked for many years.

In 2019 Marcus attended ISSA where he became a

Certified Physical Fitness Trainer.

In 2020 Marcus became an employee

of Westside Market (Midtown), where he served as

warehouse manager until his passing.

Marcus never met a stranger, and always had

a smile on his face. He showed love to

everyone and was always willing to help in

any way that he could. He was a humble man

with the biggest heart. He was so caring,

and very passionate about life, and family

and friends. To know him was to love him.

He was a special person.

Marcus' greatest joy in life was becoming a

father to his beautiful daughter, Mariyah

Adalynn Williams, and he loved her like

no other. His focus was on trying to give.

her the best life possible. She indeed was

his world.

He leaves to cherish his memory

Timothy D. Gregory, and

Hugh D. Williams, III, (who transitioned on September 27, 2022),

his Sister Catherine L. Williams,

(Niece), Makayden L. Williams, (Nephew) Isaiah Gregory,

and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family, friends, and colleagues.
