Margaret Campbell

Margaret Linder Campbell, 87, peacefully passed away Wednesday, December 14, 2016, at Dekalb Medical Center in Atlanta, GA. Born in Spartanburg, SC, on July 9, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Milton Lee and Vinnie Lowe Linder. Margaret was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who enjoyed nothing more than spending time with her family.

She is survived by her daughter, Ann Carroll and her husband, Lee, of Calhoun, GA; son, Jim Campbell and his wife, Shari, of Atlanta, GA; six grandchildren: Robyn Carroll of Valdosta, GA, Joanna Carroll, Caitlyn Carroll and David Carroll of Calhoun, GA, and Christopher Campbell and Grant Campbell of Atlanta, GA; sisters-in-law, Louvene Linder of Batesville, MS, and Theresa Campbell of Canton, OH; as well as many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Margaret was preceded in death by her husband of nearly 34 years, Harry Campbell, who passed away on March 11, 1993.

The family wishes to express their sincere appreciation to King'sBridge Retirement Community where Margaret resided for the past eight years, and to all those there whom she enjoyed and appreciated greatly.

The family will receive friends from 6 - 8:00 p.m. Saturday, December 17th, at A.S Turner & Sons in Decatur, GA. A graveside service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 18th, at Floral Hills Memory Gardens in Tucker, Ga.
