Margaret Peeler Kesler

Margaret Peeler Kesler of Decatur and formerly of Salisbury,  N.C., passed away on Aug. 28, 2007 at the age of 82.  Daughter of the late Dr. John Calvin Peeler and Sallie Peeler, Margaret graduated from Boyden High School and attended Catawba College, both in N.C.  Margaret was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.  She devoted her life to giving and caring for her family.  She is preceded in death by her husband, Samuel J. Kesler.  Survivors include three daughters, Sandra Brabham and husband Bobby; Linda Harper and husband John; Joanna Skehan and husband Rob; two sisters, Sarah Bracewell and Betty Byran; two brothers, Jim and Carroll Peeler; six grandchildren and four great grandchildren.  The funeral will be held at The Living Grace of God Evangelical Church. 1812 Cooledge Road in Tucker at 11 a.m. Thursday.  Pastor Hardy will be officiating. Burial will be in Floral Hills Memory Gardens in Tucker.  The family will receive friends at the church at 10 a.m.  A. S. Turner & Sons
