Marianne Conklin Mcclung Adams

Marianne Conklin McClung Adams, 77, of Stockbridge, passed away peacefully Monday, August 27, 2018. Nurturer - Mother to all - she was born July 27, 1941, in Atlanta,to the late Kenneth Austin McClung, Sr. and Marianne Conklin McClung.

Marianne is survived by her children: Patty Adams, Gary Adams, John Tabor, Chris Tabor, Allison Tabor Batchelder, Dwayne Adams, Jeff Tabor, and Bryan Adams; siblings, Kenneth A. McClung, Jr. and Jacqueline McClung Blake; and many more loving grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family and friends.

In addition to her parents, Marianne was preceded in death by her husband, James Marvin Adams; sisters, Colette McClung and Susan McClung Mills.

The family will receive friends at 1:30 p.m. with a celebration of Marianne's life at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, September 2, 2018 at A.S. Turner & Sons Funeral Home with interment to follow at Decatur Cemetery.
