Marie Parker Hall

Mrs. Marie Parker Hall, widow of Hulan L. Hall, Sr., passed on March 20, 2007. Mrs. Hall was born in Decatur, GA. In 1943 she married Hulan L. Hall of Tucker, GA. After Hulan graduated from the University of GA, they moved to Avondale Estates, GA and then moved to Chamblee, GA, where they lived for 49 years. Mrs. Hall was a homemaker and wonderful mother, active in garden clubs, and traveled with her husband all over the U.S., South America, and Europe. She was preceded in death by parents I. W. and Florence Gazaway Parker, sister, Kathleen Boyd, and brothers, William and Lewis Parker. Marie is survived by daughters, Theresa Hall, Gail Garner, husband Tom; sons Hulan L. "Buck" Hall, Jr., wife Debora, and B. Kip Hall, wife Susan; grandchildren, Anne Hamner, husband Phillip, Melissa Parker, husband David, Summer Davis, Courtney Davis, Adrian Hall, Shannon Hall and family, Matthew Hall, Brett Hall, Jr., and Zoe Hall; great grandson, Joshua Parker; step-grandaughters, Kalli Scott, Ashleigh Brown, Jaime Frances, husband Mark & children Dayna, Emily and Codey; step-grandsons, Chris Hamner, David Brown; sisters Ms. Lola Parker, Mrs. Ludie Rutland, husband Tom, Mrs. Helen Nickison, Mrs. Florence Low; aunt, Mrs. Lillie Evans; and numerous nieces & nephews. Family will receive friends and family Thursday, March 22, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Memorial Service, Friday, 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of A. S. Turner and Sons, Decatur, GA.
