Marjorie Elizabeth Clark Andrews, 88, of Tucker, Georgia, died Tuesday, October 19, 2021. She was a native Georgian from the small town of Danielsville and a 1950 graduate of Bass High School in Atlanta, Georgia. She was a member of First Christian Church of Atlanta, and worked as a secretary for the First National Bank of Atlanta. Mrs. Andrews was a kind and gracious lady, a warm and caring friend who never met a stranger. She was the daughter of Wendell Kimball and Louise Christy Clark and a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, George Candler Andrews, and two sons, George Scott Andrews and James Candler Andrews. She is survived by daughters and son-in-law, Dawn and Tony Wages of Loganville, Holly Andrews of Talladega, AL, son and daughter-in-law, Bill and Joyce Andrews of Lawrenceville; five grandchildren Megan, Nikki, Christy, Joshua and Britney; great-grandchildren Olivia, Kadence and Drayden. The family will receive friends on Thursday, October 21, 2021, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at A.S. Turner and Sons Funeral Home and funeral services will be held in the chapel on Friday, October 22, 2021 at 2:00 p.m., with Ed Hughes officiating. Interment will follow at Floral Hills Memory Garden.
