Marjorie H. Hendricks

Marjorie H. Hendricks, 89, of Decatur, died, Wednesday, February 2, 2011. Preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd Earl Hendricks, of 68 years, Mrs. Hendricks has lived in the Atlanta area for the past 55 years. She was a homemaker and an active member of Indian Creek Baptist Church for 30 years. She is survived by her daughter, Lynne Hendricks Cannon of Stone Mountain, Ga.; Sons, Stephen L. Hendricks of Greensboro, N.C. and James F. Hendricks of Lilburn, Ga.; nine grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. Funeral services will be 12:00 noon from the chapel of A. S. Turner & Sons with Dr. Bill Gordon officiating. Interment will be in Melwood Cemetery in Stone Mountain. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Indian Creek Baptist Church general fund 3901 Rockbridge Rd.
