Mrs. Martha Williams Amason went to be with the Lord on February 1, 2012. She was a loving, giving person who was devoted to her family and friends. She loved gardening, sewing and studying her bible. She was a member of Indian Creek Baptist Church for over 33 years. Mrs. Williams was preceded in death by her husband of 25 years, Quillian Amason. She is survived by her sons, Grady Amason, Paul Amason, Clyde Amason; daughter, Phyllis (Daniel) Stecker; sister, Irene (Buddy) Terry; and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Friday, February 3rd at 2:30 p.m. in the chapel of A. S. Turner & Sons. Interment, Floral Hills Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends Thursday from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at A. S. Turner & Sons.
