Mary Ann Mansour Perun

Mrs. Mary Ann C. Perun, age 78, of Decatur died Tuesday, July 1, 2008.  She was preceded in death by her husband and eldest son. She is survived by seven children and twelve grandchildren.  Her life was a living testament to her love of her great faith, her willingness to serve and her love of God and His Church. She welcomed all to the family of faith and worked for the Church unceasingly through untiring prayer, sacrifice, and good works. She had a special devotion to our Blessed Mother and did everything for the Glory of God. Until the end of her life, she selflessly gave her time to many volunteer organizations including Crisis Pregnancy Services, Hope Lodge Cancer Home and the A. G. Rhodes Home.  She was the heart of her family and will be greatly missed. Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 5th, at 11 a.m. at St. Joseph Maronite Catholic Church, Abouna Peter Boulos officiating.  Burial will follow in Resthaven Gardens of Memory. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday with a Rosary Service at 7 p.m. at A. S. Turner & Sons
