Mr. Jeffrey Owen Hipkins

Jeffrey O Hipkins age 51 of Lawrenceville, Ga passed away Monday July 15, 2016. He was born in Decatur, Ga on October 30, 1964. He is preceded in death by his mother and father Bettye Anne and Bill Hipkins, Grandparents Hope and Sarah Jennings and Kate and HB Hipkins. He is survived by sisters Claudia and Sam Wilson of Lawrenceville, Ga, Cyndi Hipkins of Monroe, Ga, Carole and Doug Leming of Loganville, Ga and Chris Knowles of Dallas, Ga. Several loving Nieces and Nephews. Jeffrey held a special place in family, friends, co-workers and caretakers hearts. Jeffrey was a member of Dacula United Methodist Church and a long time employee of Dekalb Enterprises. Funeral Services will be Friday July 22, 2016 at 11:00 in the AS Turner and Sons Chapel in Decatur, Ga with Pastor Alex Stroud officiating. Visitation will be 6-8 Thursday July 21 , 2016. Interment will at Dawn Memorial Park. In Lieu of Flowers, Donations maybe made to the Alzheimer's Association in Memory of Jeffrey.
