Mrs. Fannie Easter Allen

Mrs. Fannie E. Allen of Stone Mountain died Saturday, August 13, 2005.  She was preceded in death by her husband, William Daniel Allen and son, Sammy Shepard.  Mrs. Allen retired from Beverly Carwash at Belvedere.  She is survived by her sons, William Allen, John Shepard and Jovita Allen, all of Stone Mountain; daughters, Mary Margaret Fineman and her husband, Dan of Tacoma, WA, Nancy Battles and her husband, Wayne, and Judy Shepard, of Knoxville, TN, and Barbara Shepard of Marion, VA; sister, Rosie Holloway, and special niece, Margie McKnight; sixteen grandchildren, and six great grandchildren.  Funeral services will be held Tuesday, August 16th at 10:00 a.m. in the chapel of A. S. Turner & Sons.  Dr. J. Hoffman Harris will officiate.  Interment Crest Lawn Memorial Park.  The family will receive friends from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday at A. S. Turner & Sons.
