Ms. Nylic Williams

Ms. Nylic Williams of Marietta, Georgia died October 15, 2012 at the age of 94 of natural causes. Ms. Williams was born on January 1, 1918 in Toccoa, Georgia to Dock Herbert Williams and Eva Robertson Williams, both deceased. She is preceded in death by her brothers William T. Williams and Dan Herbert Williams. She is survived by her sister Eva Williams Nabors; niece Linda Williams Garner, nephews, Michael David Williams, Louis Herbert Williams, William Ledford Nabors, M.D., Jeffery Robert Nabors and several great nieces and nephews. In the 1940s Ms. Williams moved to Decatur, Georgia and began a long career with Bell South which later became AT&T where she worked in several different positions before retiring in 1982. Ms. Williams was a long time member of Avondale Pattillo United Methodist Church. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday at Westview Cemetery with Rev. Tavye Morgan officiating. A. S.
