Nancy Orr

Nancy Marlene Mayfield Orr, age 71, passed away on January 20, 2025 unexpectedly after a short illness.

Nancy was born in Atlanta, GA, to Fred P. Mayfield and Barbara A. Gordon McClure.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, John Orr and her parents Fred Mayfield and Barbara McClure.

Nancy is survived by daughter, Michelle Stephens (John), son, Clint Johnson, grandson, Kevin Cox, granddaughter Ashley Jones (Taylor), granddaughter, Alexia Stephens, grandson Tyler Stephens, great grandson Nolan Jones and her loving aunt who was more like a sister, Carol Poole, as well as many great nieces and nephews and friends and loved ones.

She loved playing poker with all of her friends with the Atlanta Poker Club, vacationing in Florida floating around the lazy river, going to dinner and spending time with family and loved ones.

Visitation will be held Friday, January 24th from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00

Services for Nancy Orr will be held on Saturday, January 25th at 1:00 at A. S. Tuner & Sons on North Decatur Road with Pastor Joey Meeks officiating. Burial will follow at Resthaven Garden of Memory in Decatur, Georgia Immediately following the service.
