Mrs. Nellie B. Cook, 88, of Atlanta died Monday, June 28, 2010. She worked for Firemens Fund Insurance for over 29 years. Mrs. Cook was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Cook She is survived by daughters, Peggy Dickerson, Patricia C. Thompson and husband William; grandchildren, Denise Dickerson and husband Kevin; Patricia Miller and husband Randy, Kim Hunter and husband Mike; great grandchildren, C. J., Logan, Rebecca, Colton, Autumn; and brothers, Robert Bradford and wife Hilda, Gene Bradford and wife Annie Jo. Graveside services will be held 11 A.M. Thursday, July 1, 2010 at Melwood Cemetery with Dr. Frank Crumpler officiating.. The family will receive friends from 5 until 8 p.m. Wednesday, June 30, at A. S. Turner & Sons.
