Nicholas William Tsismanakis

Tsismanakis, Nicholas William, age 90, died September 22, 2015. He is survived by his wife, Louise Tsismanakis; son James Tsismanakis and his wife Bethany of Atlanta, Georgia; grandchildren, Nickolas, Gabriel and Alexander Tsismanakis; brother Georgia Tsismanakis and his wife Donna of West Palm Beach, Florida. Services will be held at 10:00 am Thursday September 24 at the Greek Orthodox Cathedral of the Annunciation with Father Christos Mars officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 pm on Wednesday September 23rd with a prayer service at 7:00 pm. Additional services with visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m. September 26 at Klingel Carpenter Mortuary with Trisagion Prayer Service at 11:00 a.m. Father Demetrius Edwards and Father Mark Elliott officiating. Burial at White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville. Nick was an active member of St. George Greek Orthodox Church and one of the founding members of the Huntington Greek Festival. He was a 32nd degree Mason, member of York Rite, Scottish Rite, Shrine and Veteran of World War II. Family requests that memorials in his honor be sent to Holy Cross Monastery, 505 Holy Cross Road, Wayne, WV 25570-5403.
