Mr. O.H. Fowler, Jr. of Decatur passed away Tuesday, September 13, 2011. He is survived by his wife Olivia Merritt Fowler, daughter Julie (James) Young, son Craig (Angie) Fowler, Grandchildren Jason Young, Courtney (Bryan) Thomas, Scott Fowler and Keith Fowler. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00AM Friday, September 16, 2011 from the Chapel of A.S. Turner and Son. Internment will follow at Resthaven Gardens of Memory. The family friends Thursday evening from 6-8PM. In lieu of flowers contributions maybe made to the Alzheimer's Association or to Vista Care Hospice @ Emory. A.S. Turner, Decatur
