Pamilla Lynn Herbert

Mrs. Pamilla Lynn (Merritt) Herbert of Lawrenceville, GA, passed away Thursday, January 27, 2022, after a long well fought battle with pancreatic cancer. Pam, 67 years old, was born in Atlanta on July 19, 1954, to parents Albert H. Merritt and Hazel (Roland) Merritt. She was the beloved wife of Richard Herbert, proud and devoted mother of Merritt Alixandra Bell, and Grammy to grandchildren Kiley and Ashton, who were her pride and joy. Pam was preceded in death by her parents, stepson Ricky Herbert, and brother Ashley J. Merritt. She is survived by her husband Richard, daughter Alix and son-in-law Zack Bell, loving sister Gail Merritt Jones, beloved grandchildren Ashton and Kiley Bell, sister-in-law Linda Merritt, Great Aunt Dot, Uncle James Roland and Aunt Wanda Roland. She was well loved by many nieces and nephews, cousins, and many other friends and family. A chapel service celebrating Pam’s life will be held at A. S. Turner and Sons Funeral Home on Saturday, February 5, 2022, at 2:00 PM. The family will welcome friends at 1:00 PM visitation.
