Pauline Mcarthur

Pauline M. McArthur, 95, of Decatur, GA, passed away peacefully August 28, 2015. She was born February 6, 1920 in Oakwood, GA, to Charlie Clarence Meeks and Nellie Jane Meeks. Pauline was the loving wife to the late Winston D. McArthur. They resided in Decatur, GA, where she retired as an administrator for the Center for Disease Control. She was a long time devoted member of the First Baptist Church of Decatur. She is survived by her sisters, Sue Hardin of Lilburn, GA, and Mary Helen Jay of Las Vegas, NV. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Tuesday, September 1, 2015 from 4-6 PM at A.S Turner and Sons and Crematory. Funeral service will be held at 1 PM Wednesday, September 2, 2015 at the First Baptist Church of Decatur. Burial will follow at Floral Hill Memory Gardens.
