Rachel E. Rogers

Miss Rachel E. Rogers, age 28, of Atlanta died Saturday, September 25, 2004.  She graduated from Druid Hills High School and from Kennesaw State University School of Nursing.  She loved children and they loved her.  She worked as a registered nurse at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta.  She is survived by her parents, Bob and Betty Rogers of Decatur; two brothers, Erik Rogers of Tucker, Ethan Rogers of Atlanta; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.  Memorial services will be held on Thursday, September 30, at 2:00 p.m. at Decatur First United Methodist Church Chapel.   Dr. Larry Mannix will officiate.   In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Children?s Healthcare of Atlanta, 1687 Tullie Circle, NE, Atlanta, GA 30329.  The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday evening at A. S. Turner & Sons.
