Ralph Edward Marshall

Ralph Edward Marshall, Sr. died on March 3, 2012 of complications from a traumatic brain injury sustained in a fall. Ralph was born on March 24, 1952 to Robert and Christine Marshall. He graduated from Druid Hills High School in 1970 and received his B.S. degree from Georgia Tech in 1975. Ralph was an entrepreneur who owned his own business since graduating from Tech. Ralph is survived by his wife of 42 years, Catherine Cottraux Marshall and their children, Ralph, Jr., Amie, Robbie, and Christopher. Ralph also leaves seven grandchildren and his twin brother David. Ralph was preceded in death by his parents and his younger brother Bobby. A private Memorial Service will be held at a later date. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in his name to Camp Sunshine or St. Jude's Hospital. The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 8th from 6:00-9:00pm at A. S. Turner and Sons Funeral Home and Crematory.
