Ralph Eugene Way

Ralph Eugene Way, 94, passed away on June 26, 2016. Loving husband of Angelina Hall Way who died on June 8, 2008. He lived at the Yellow Brick House, an assisted living home in Lithonia, GA. He is survived by his daughter, Kathy Cochran and his son, Roger Way. He is also survived by four grandsons, Matthew Cochran, Jeffrey Cochran, Connor Way and Jeremy Way. He served in the Army Air Corps from 1941 - 1945 and graduated from Clemson University in 1949 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and spent his entire career with Factory Mutual as a Senior Field Engineer. He was an active member, deacon and volunteer of Avondale First Baptist Church, a member of the Lions Club and always willing to help a neighbor or fellow church member. It was his joy to serve. Visitation: Wednesday, June 29, from 5-7pm at A. S. Turner Funeral Home, Decatur, GA. Funeral will be held at Avondale First Baptist Church in Avondale Estates, GA on Thursday, June 30, at 11:00am.
