Richard Junior Crowell

Richard (Dick) Crowell, 86, passed away on Feb. 6, 2013 in Panama City Beach, FL., where he and his wife, Terrie, moved to in 2001 from Lawrenceville, GA. Richard was born Apr. 28, 1926 in Bedford Co., TN. and grew up in Nashville. He was a WWII veteran. He retired from Western Electric and Northern Telecom. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Jean and daughter Vicki Crowell; parents, Richard and Ida Mae Crowell and brother, John Crowell. He is survived and loved by his wife of 28 yrs, Terrie Wynn Crowell; daughters, Debra Crowell of Doraville and Rebecca (Joe) Perry of Tucker; granddaughters, Stefanie and Vivian Perry of Tucker; brother, Jimmy ( Perlita) Crowell of TN; sisters, Loretta Stewart of TN and Ruby Green of FL; sister in law, JoAnne Crowell of TN.; sister and brother in law, Maxine and Wayne McDearis of GA. and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Funeral services will be 2:00 pm, Monday, Feb. 11, 2013 at Arlington Memorial Park Mausoleum with Dr. Rodger Meyer officiating. The family will receive friends Sun, Feb.10, 2013 from 3 - 5 pm and Monday, Feb. 11, 2013 from 10 - 11:30 am at A.S. Turner Funeral Home in Decatur.
