Mr. Ricardo Marcos Consuegra, 69, Cuban American living in the Atlanta area for 42 years, died Thursday, February 18, 2010. He came to America 48 years ago and volunteered his time working in the community. Some of his favorite charities were the American Cancer Society, Red Cross and St. Jude Children’s Hospital. He leaves behind his beloved wife, Obmara of 47 years, as well as sister, Maria; brother and sister-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins, and many good friends dear to him. Funeral service will be held Saturday, February 20 at 12 Noon in the chapel of A. S. Turner & Sons with Father Juan Auzora officiating. Interment Floral Hills Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Odyssey House, 2362 Lawrenceville Hwy., Decatur, GA 30033 in his memory. The family will receive friends from 6:00 P. M. until 9:00 P. M. Friday at A. S. Turner & Sons.
