Robbie Wood Lord

Robbie Elnora Lord, 72 passed away early Friday December 21, 2007. Mrs. Lord was born in Carnesville GA on September 2, 1935. She later moved to the Atlanta area with her husband to raise her children. She is survived by her husband Wyatt 0. Lord, her daughter Cindy Osborne, son Barry Lord, 4 granddaughters, and 7 brothers and sisters. Mrs. Lord was the valedictorian of her high school graduating class. She was loved to work in her garden and was an active garden club member of Montreal Woods Evergreen Garden Club. She was an accomplish mother, grandmother, and cook, very active in her family. Her family loves her dearly. Mrs. Lord was also active in her church, teaching Sunday school for many years at University Heights Methodist Church. The family will receive friends Saturday Dec. 22nd from 6-8 pm at A.S. Turner's and Sons in Decatur, GA. The family will also receive friends Sunday Dec. 23rd from 12:30-1 :30 at United Heights Methodist Church in Decatur, GA. The funeral service will begin 1 :30 at the church.
