Robert Anthony Bagwell

Robert (Beany) Anthony Bagwell, 71, of Stockbridge, Georgia passed away peacefully the morning of Friday, October 22nd, surrounded by his loved ones in his home. He was a native of Atlanta, growing up in Cabbage Town. He was a beloved husband, father and paw-paw. He is preceded in death by his parents Robert and Alice Bagwell, his siblings Phyllis Smith, Jimmy Bagwell, Marvin Bagwell, and his daughter Shannon Woodall. He is survived by his wife of 37 years, LaVerne Bagwell, his children Brandy (Brewer), Shane, Denise (Lowery), Weymon, Marvin, and Stacy (Worley), 15 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 27th from 12:00-2:00PM at A. S. Turner and Sons Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 2:00PM, with Greg Lee officiating. Interment at Rehoboth Cemetery in Tucker, Georgia.
