Celebrating the life of Robert Marion Bradford 04/16/1932 - 02/01/2025

Bob Bradford was a true professional, as a long-time sales manager for Levitz Furniture store for 30 years. Mr. Bradford was a veteran and served 6 years with the United States Army. Bob Bradford married his true love Hilda Barnett Bradford, his late wife. He was a long time member of the Clarkston Methodist Church as well as the special Sunday School Class. He devoted his free time to working at the church. Robert was a part of "The Pioneers" and "The Shrine". Bob loved to play golf and play the Banjo. He also loved his Hilton Head beach trips. Bob especially looked forward to the Spring training for the Atlanta Braves in Flordia with his good friends from the church. Robert Bradford is preceded in death by his late wife Hilda Virgina Barnett Bradford; his son Robert Micheal Bradford; his father Monroe Earnest Bradford; his mother Henerietta Herren Bradford; his 6 sisters Catheriene Mae Smith, Francis Corabelle Richardson, Georgia Ruth Callaway, Helen Quinn, Nellie Elizabeth Cook, and Betty Louise Bradford; and his 3 brothers Monore Earnest Bradford Jr., Coolidge Walker Bradford, and Herman Stone Bradford. Bob is survived by granddaughters Madison Marie and Michelle Virgina Bradford; daughter-in-law Alice Karen Bradford; 1 great-grandchild Isabella Marie Bradford; his brother Eugene Franklin Bradford and numerous nieces and nephews. Viewing will be held Saturday February 15, 2025 at 10 am, followed by Memorial service at 11 a.m at A S Turner and Sons Funeral Home In Decatur. (404-292-1551). Service will be officiated by Rev. Dr. John Mattox and Rev. Kattie Mattox from Tucker United Methodist Church. Immediately after memorial service, interment at Floral Hills Memory Gardens.
