HARRISON, Bob -
Robert Burton Harrison, Jr., age 86, died Sept. 20, 2009 of pancreatic cancer. He was born in Manchester, GA, an only son of a Baptist Pastor, Robert Harrison and mother Ruby. Bob spent most of his life in Atlanta as a devoted husband of 59 years to the late Mildred Harrison. He loved tennis, trailering an Airstream and especially his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. His laughter and love for life will never be forgotten. Surviving are his son & daughter-in-law, Lee & Lynne Harrison; daughter & son-in-law, Patty & Chuck Taylor; 5 grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at A. S. Turner & Sons Funeral Home in Decatur, Thurs., Sept. 24 at 10 AM. The family will receive friends from 5 – 8 PM Wed., Sept. 23.
