Robert Ernest Vinson

Mr. Robert Ernest (Bob) Vinson, age 93, died Saturday, December 29, 2007, of natural causes.  He was preceded in death by his wife of 51 years, Ila Frances (Bow) Martin, brothers Fred Vinson, Harold Vinson and sister Gladys Patillo.  Survivors include his son, Robert Barry Vinson of Decatur, daughter Carrie Sue Reagin of Conyers, sister Rosalie Vinson and brother Milton L. Vinson, both of Decatur, grandchildren, John Reagin of Conyers and Jeff Reagin of Monticello.  Bob lived and worked his entire life in DeKalb County, growing up in Scottdale.  The family will receive friends on Monday from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at A. S. Turner & Sons Funeral Home.  Funeral Services will be held in the chapel at the funeral home on Tuesday at 3:00 pm. Interment Melwood Cemetery.  A. S. Turner & Sons
