Robert Wayne Pribbenow

May 12, 1924 — December 3, 2007

Robert W. Pribbenow knew at a young age that he wanted to be an aviator.  He was a Flight Officer in the U. S. Army Air Corps and retired from the Air Force after 20 years.  He remained a single engine pilot all his life.  He is survived by his wife, Ranelle Pribbenow; sons, John Pribbenow and Wayne Kelley; his grandchildren, Robert A. Pribbenow, Alex Pribbenow, Catherine Pribbenow and Laura Kelley; his two daughters-in-law, Virginia Pribbenow and Maureen Middlebrooks; his sister-in-law, Carolyn Burnette; and his nephew, Bill Burnette and his wife, Susan.  He was an avid gardener, an Elder at First Presbyterian Church, Warner Robins, GA and a friend of Bills.   Graveside services will be held at 1:30 PM Thursday, December 6, 2007 at Georgia National Cemetery.  Rev. Eric Dillenbach will officiate.  In lieu of flowers donations may be given to the Thornwell Home for Children in Clinton, SC. A. S. Turner & Sons
