Mrs. Robin Lee Smith Argyroudis of Scottdale died Saturday, August 7, 2010. She was born April 9, 1962 in Dothan, AL. Mrs. Argyroudis was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather and grandmother, Robert E Smith, Sr. and Ollie Smith; and her maternal grandfather, Henry Gallups, Sr. She is survived by her son, Nicholas James Argyroudis; mother, Trisha Smith; stepfather, Daniel J. Smith; father, Robert E. Smith, Jr.; maternal grandmother, Omie Cook; brother, Robert E (Shawn) Smith, III; aunts, Joyce Duke, Nancy Grantham and Tyia Dawson; nephew, Ben Smith; niece, Megan Smith; uncles, Henry (Duffy) Gallups and Ronald Gallups; Godparents, Georgia and Harry Tassopoulos; and numerous cousins. Honorary pallbearers will be James Argyroudis and Greg Belden. Funeral services will be held in the Greek Orthodox Cathedral of The Annunciation at 1 p.m. Thursday, August 12th. Burial will follow in Melwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday with a Prayer Service at 6 p.m. at A. S. Turner & Sons.
