Rose Lucy Singleton

Rose L. Singleton, 91 of Atlanta, Ga., went to be with our Lord Jesus Christ on Friday, December 14, 2018 at Halcyon Hospice in Atlanta. Mrs. Singleton was born on December 11th 1927 a daughter of the late George and Elizabeth (Mason) Singleton. Surviving family members include her son, Brian Singleton and his wife, Aliza; granddaughter, Ashley Elizabeth Singleton-Brotzge and her husband Sean; her siblings, Loretta Chandler, Shirley Moton, Ronald Singleton and Garland Singleton as well as many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by George Singleton, Jr., Marjorie Mason, Wendell Singleton and Marilyn Singleton. The family will take great comfort in having had her for 91 years and knowing that she will no longer be in pain. She is loved by many and will be greatly missed. Additional service and burial will be held in Springfield, IL. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to a charity of one’s own choice.
