Mrs. Rosemary Raven Eubanks of Decatur, formerly of Concord, GA, died Sunday, December 14, 2008. She was preceded in death by her brothers, sisters and husband. She is survived by her children, Rosanne O’Rear and husband Patrick of Charlotte, NC, Florence Hammond and her husband Bobby of Atlanta, Frances Eubanks of Decatur; grandchildren, Hilary Howard and Husband Jy Murphy of New York, Allegra Hinson and husband Will of Charlotte, NC, Bonnie Dean and husband Steve of Monroe, GA, Laura Warren and husband Brent of Alpharetta; six great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Mrs. Eubanks retired from Morton Salt Co. In her later years, she was an enthusiastic collector of antique glass. Mrs. Eubanks was a member of the Central Congregational Church. Funeral services will be held graveside at 3 p.m. Wednesday, December 17th in Oak Hill Cemetery, Griffin, GA. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 1925 Century Blvd. NE, Atlanta, GA 30345. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, December 16th at A. S. Turner & Sons.
