Roy Marcus Sullivan, Jr.

Roy M. Sullivan, Lt. Col., USAF, Retired, age 87, died October 25, 2005.  He was a career officer, serving as a JAG.  Upon retirement from the Air Force, he was employed by the Georgia Department of Public Safety in law enforcement, retiring as Director of Training for the Peace Officers Standards and Training Council. Mr. Sullivan is survived by his wife, Ruth Sullivan of Stone Mountain, GA. Graveside services will be held at Andersonville National Cemetery at 1:00 pm on Thursday, October 27th.  Memorial services will be held at Eastminister Presbyterian Church, Stone Mountain, at 2:00 pm on Saturday, October 29th.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Eastminister Presbyterian Church, the American Cancer Society or VistaCare Hospice.  A.
