Roy T. Summers

Mr. Roy T. Summers of Atlanta died Friday, October 03, 2008. He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter Summers and Margaret Bouchard; brother, Robert Summers; and sister, Peggy McClung. He is survived by his wife, Muriel Summers of Atlanta; sons, Fred Summers and his wife, Charity of Snellville and Jeff Summers of Tucker; brother and sister-in-law, Walter and Nancy Summers of Mt. Hope, WV; sister, Goldie Baker of Miami Shores, FL; sister-in-law, Nancy Summers of Orange City, FL; and ten grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 7:00 PM Sunday, October 5, 2008 at the chapel of A. S. Turner & Sons with Dr. Charles Haygood officiating. Interment will be in Decatur Cemetery at 11:00 AM Monday. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may send contributions to Embry Hills United Methodist Church. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 PM Sunday at A. S. Turner & Sons.
