Ruby Mae Jameson

Ruby Mae Jameson died August 10, 2009.Ruby was born on August 18, 1921 in Decatur, GA. She was preceded in death by her father, William Pless Jameson; her mother, Georgia Mae Elliott Jameson; and her sister, Lillian Jameson McCready. Ruby is survived by her sister, Edna Jameson Smith; her brother, William Elliott Jameson and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews. Ruby graduated from Decatur Girls High School and trained as a hair dresser/cosmetologist with Wren's House of Beauty. Later she owned Wren's House of Beauty and became co-owner of Ruby and Paul's Corner until her retirement in 1987. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, August 15th at 11:00 a.m. at A. S. Turner & Sons Funeral Home in Decatur. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the







American Cancer Society, the American Heart Society or VistaCare Hospice.
