Ruth Scarratt Winchester, April 23, 1927 – May 3, 2011, 84 years old. Daughter of the late John Bolsius Scarratt and Mary Kathleen Hall Scarrett, Atlanta, GA. Ruth is survived by 3 daughters: Lane Mitchell, Wendy Perniciaro, and Kathy Herrin, 6 grandsons and 5 great-grandchildren. Also survived by her ex-husband and companion for many years, Robert Decker. A memorial services will be held at A.S. Turner and Sons at 2:00PM Saturday, May 28, 2011 at, the family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the service.
