Sammy D Shead of Conyers, GA, was born June 08, 1955 in Fulton County, passed away
July 28, 2017. Sammy is preceded by his father, Fred W. Shead, step father, James P. Cantrell mother, Eva Louise Shead and sister, Marlene Shead. He is survived by his wife, Myra Shead; sons, Dylan and Lucas Shead of Conyers; brothers, Jackie (Betty) Bell of Monroe, Donnie (Judy) Bell of Newnan, Leonard Bell of Jacksonville, FL; sister Paula (Blake) Shannon of Shadydale.
