Sarah Terry

Mrs. Sarah "Louise" Strawn Terry, of Atlanta, GA, died of a prolonged illness Saturday, February 9, 2008.  She was born on July 13, 1926 to Ida Mae and P. G. Strawn of Douglasville, GA. Louise was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years William G. Terry.  She recently celebrated 25 years in service to the Lord at In Touch Ministries.  Louise is survived by her daughter, Renee Sanders Reeves of Gainesville, GA; sons, Timothy (Tim) Wayne Terry of Dallas, TX, Mark Andrew Terry of Colorado Springs, CO; nine grandchildren, Matthew Jason Sanders, Joshua Grant Sanders, Jessica Grace Sanders, Ben Jedidiah Terry, Juliana Joy Terry, Sarah Elizabeth Terry, Hannah Catherine Terry, Anne Marie Terry and Michelle Katherine Terry; great grandchildren, Catherine Elizabeth Young, Elisha Brighton Sanders, Phoenix Elon Sanders, and Alayna Riley Terry; sisters, Era Sudduth of Douglasville, GA, Nell Hallman of Augusta, GA, Betty Strawn of Carrollton, GA, Joyce Harper of Villa Rica, and brother, Joel Strawn of Winston, GA.  Funeral services will be held at 12:00 Noon Monday, February 11th at the First Baptist Church of Atlanta.  Interment will be at Memorial Park North Cemetery, Gainesville, GA. The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. Sunday at A. S. Turner & Sons, Decatur, GA.
