Scott Stanley

Mr. Scott Stanley of Locust Grove died Thursday, July 29, 2004.  He was born in Atlanta, grew up in Clayton County and graduated from Forest Park High School.  Mr. Stanley was employed with New Image Dental Labs.  He was an avid Mark Martin NASCAR fan and loved his Mustang.  Mr. Stanley was preceded in death by his mother, Mary A. Norris.  He is survived by his wife, Kimberly Stanley of Locust Grove, GA; father and step mother, George Stanley and Joan Stanley of Hogansville, GA; sisters, Melissa Dobbins of Loganville, GA, Patricia Sellers of Lakewood, CA;  father-in-law, Felton Bruce and step mother-in-law, Gail; step father, Doran Phillips, and mother-in-law, Pam Phillips of Newnan, GA.  Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, August 1st in the chapel of A. S. Turner & Sons.  Rev. Vernon Smith will officiate.  Interment Forest Hills Memorial Gardens.  Those desiring may send memorials to the American Heart Association, P.O. Box 672648, Marietta, GA  30006.  The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday and from 4:00 to 9:00 p.m. at A. S. Turner & Sons.
