Sergio Magadan
September 9, 1941 — July 20, 2013
Mr. Sergio Magadan, 71, passed away Saturday, July 20, 2013. He is survived by his loving wife, Yolanda; son, Sergio Michael; sister, Aida (Jorge) Ulpierre; and nieces, Lourdes (Orlando) Perez, Ileana, and Aida Elena (Narciso) Macias. Sergio was born in Habana, Cuba and made Atlanta his home. He retired from Wachovia Bank in 2003 after 23 years of service. Sergio was very active in his Church and with the Cuban Club of Atlanta. Visitation will be on Tuesday, July 23rd at 10:00 a.m. at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church with a Mass to follow at 11:30 a.m. Burial will be at the White Chapel Memorial Garden. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation. A.S. Turner and Sons Funeral Home and Crematory.
