Steven Perry Cook

Steve P. Cook, of Alpharetta died Monday, August, 18, 2014. He was a devoted father and husband and beloved brother and uncle. He will be greatly missed by his family who loved him very much. He was preceded in death by his parents; William and Marshall Cook and brother, Nelson Cook. Mr. Cook is survived by his wife, Jackie Cook, his son, Brandon Cook, his daughter, Lauren Cook all of Alpharetta; sisters; Barbara Cook Shurling of Stone Mountain and Brenda Cook Aldenderfer of Lawrenceville; nephews; Bo (Kim Frasier) Shurling of Marietta and Chuck (Maethea Rogers) Aldenderfer of Dunwoody and niece, Michelle (Mark) Griffin of Roswell. Funeral services will be held Friday August 22, 2014 at 11:00 am at A.S. Turner and Sons Funeral Home and Crematory, 2773 North Decatur RD., Decatur GA 30030 with Rev. Jack Vaiden officiating, burial will follow at Resthaven Gardens of Memory. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Zoo Atlanta. The family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the service at A.S. Turner and Sons Funeral Home and Crematory.
