Terry Allen Winchester, 59, of Decatur, passed away May 19, 2014. A native of Atlanta, Mrs. Winchester was a lifelong Registered Nurse, who dedicated herself to others. She is survived by her husband, Robert H. Winchester; son, Jesse M. Winchester; daughter, Avery Jane Winchester; sisters, Connie Sue Allen and Marion Roset; close friends, Mia Marie Powell and Tymeco Gregory.
