Thelma Francis Johnson

For the majority of the past 69 years Thelma and her husband have lived in Atlanta, most recently at Canterbury Court Senior Living facility on Peachtree Road. Her work career included employment
at the G.E. Credit Corp. and DeKaib Co. Schools as assistant librarian at Briarcliff High School. She is remembered and loved as a devoted wife and mother. Thelma and her husband have been active members of Peachtree Baptist Church for more than 60 years. She served her Lord there in many ways which
included teaching in the Children's department for years, participating in a circle of the
Women's Mission Union, and serving as church deacon. She will be well remembered
for her love and generosity to family and friends as well as her passion for living life to
the fullest every day.
