Mr. Theophilos (Theo) B. Vlass, 63, was called home to be with his mother and father on September 27, 2019. He passed away peacefully at his home in Chattanooga, TN. Theo leaves us with beautiful memories of his kind and gentle soul and that contagious smile that lit up the room. Theo was an incredible athlete playing many sports but excelled as a Georgia All-State goalkeeper in soccer for his Briarcliff Barons. His work career was in corporate sales and management, including over 22 years at Keebler Foods and Arizona Beverage. He is survived by and will be greatly missed by all of us, but especially by his 3 beautiful children whom he cherished and celebrated as his greatest accomplishment in life, Theophilos, Nicholas, and his princess Victoria, whose mere mention of her name lit up his world. He is survived by his former wife of 20 years and the mother of his children, Anita Cornetta Vaccaro. He will also be missed by his brothers Mike and Bill of Atlanta, and his loving sister Niki (Dados) of Athens, Greece who all grew up in a traditional Greek home whose parents were proud of their heritage and instilled those values in their children. Theo’s last decade of life was spent with his beloved Andrea Yeagrin of Chattanooga who gave him unconditional love.
