Thomas Lovick Cobb

Mr. Thomas Lovick Cobb, age 89, of Decatur died Wednesday, March 7, 2007.  He was a highly decorated veteran of World War II serving in the U. S. Army.   Mr. Cobb was a master carpenter, loving uncle and good friend to many people.  He is survived by his brother and sister-in-law, Ralph Cobb and Suzie; sisters and brother-in-law, Lucille Anderson and Winston, Rachel Cates; and many nieces and nephews.  Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, March 10th in the chapel of A. S. Turner & Sons.  Rev William Anderson, grandnephew, will officiate. Interment will be at Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church.  Those desiring may send contributions to Our Lady of Perpetual Help, 760 Pollard Ave., S. W., Atlanta, GA  30315.  The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 4:00 P.M. and 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Friday at A. S. Turner & Sons.
