Mr. Todd Walter Pierce of Dacula died Monday, June 30, 2009. He retired from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention after 30 years of service as a noted graphic artist. Mr. Pierce was preceded in death by his father, Barney Pierce. He is survived by his mother, Mary V. Pierce of Lakeland, FL; son, Stephen Todd Pierce of Atlanta; sister, Cynthia Ardis of Tampa, FL; brothers, Craig Pierce of Phoenix, AZ and Mark Pierce of Durango, CO,; nieces, Christine Thomas, Claire Bloodworth; and nephews, Jason Pierce and Jeremy Pierce. A funeral service will be held in the chapel of A. S. Turner & Sons at 3 p.m., Friday, July 3rd. The family will receive friends from 1 to 9 p.m. Thursday at A. S. Turner & Sons
