Mrs. Tommie Blue Booth, 89, of Tucker, died Friday, July 3, 2009. She was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin H. Booth. She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Benjamin and Kim Booth of Guntersville, AL, Michael and Laurie Booth of Cumming; sisters, Kate Baldwin of Stone Mountain, Caroline Keith of Atlanta; brother, Harry Blue of Atlanta; seven grandsons. A memorial service will be held 2 PM, Sunday, July 5, in the chapel of A. S. Turner and Sons with Rev. Spicer officiating. A private burial of the urn will take place at a later day at Melwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:30 to 1:30 prior to the service at A. S. Turner and Sons.
